The official language of the conference is English.
Badges will be distributed at the registration desk. Participants without badge will not be admitted to the conference activities.
Certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants.
Official invitation letters will be prepared by conference secretariat, they can only been issued upon registration completion. Purpose of providing invitation letters is only to help participants get permission from their institutions and they will not hold any financial liability.
It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to take care of any visa requirements. Participants who require an entry visa must foresee sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Pharmaceutical and medical companies will be presenting their products at their stand areas during the conference. Exhibition will be open during the conference.
Registration and information desks will open at Istanbul during conference dates from 08:00 to 19:00 local time.
